Pupil Premium

Pupil Premium is additional funding given to schools so that they can support their 'disadvantaged' pupils and close the attainment gap between them and their peers. 

 WPS Pupil Premium Strategy 2023-2024

Schools also receive funding for children who have been looked after continuously for more than six months and children of service personnel. 

The government believes that head teachers and school leaders should decide how to use the pupil premium. 

 

The Leeds Local Offer
Brings together information about all the services available in the city for children and young people ages 0-25 who have special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities. Find the Leeds Local Offer at www.leedslocaloffer.org.uk
